HOT VINYASA
Dynamic and flowing with an emphasis on linking each breath to the movement, get ready to get sweaty.
An ever changing sequence of poses that all flow into each other, this Yoga will strengthen your cardiovascular system while stretching and strengthening every muscle in your body.
With an emphasis on linking the breath to the movement - known as Vinyasa - your mind will quieten as you move through dynamic and strong poses to energise you and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
We often include a variety of spiritual teachings and concepts to deepen your practice and restore inner calm and balance in the mind.
Connect to your breath
Are you ready to get hot and sweaty? Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that uses the breath of fire, with each posture flowing seamlessly to the next to build strength, stamina and flexibility. Vinyasa will quiet your mind allowing space for the flow of the practice in the body, all the while calming and soothing the mind. The benefits last long after your class where you will feel energised and restored all at the same time.
Practiced at 34 degrees, take things easy for your first couple of classes as you find your flow.

Strengthen. Stress Less. Flow.
breathe
By drawing awareness to your breath your concentration will improve eliminating distracting thoughts. This relieves anxiety by calming your nervous system. Your mind shifts its attention from the external stimulus to the internal stimulus, bringing you comfort.
flexibility
With continuous movement each muscle strengthens and lengthens. Vinyasa yoga synchronises your breath with each pose, allowing fresh oxygen to replenish your muscles. After flexing the muscles, the pressure on the joints and ligaments is released.
This prevents muscle tears and pulls. Vinyasa yoga also cultivates a flexible mindset, which aids in the development of our bodies' fluidity at any age.
Strength
Move and strengthen the entire body with dynamic movements that flow together. Balances out the body, by using resistance during postures such as back bends, inversions and arm balances.
