Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a low impact HIIT workout that uses Pilates principles to carve a tight core and build long lean muscle throughout the body.
This low impact workout is super kind to the body, with no jumping involved there is no impact through the joints reducing the chance of injury. The HIIT style workout elevates the heart rate, improves your cardiovascular performance and ignites your fat burning potential with calories burning long after you roll your mat up at the end of your workout.
With no 2 workouts the same in a week, Inferno Hot Piltaes is the hottest way to create the body that you want. Using your own body weight or light hands weights, the exercises we do in class create the long lean muscle you desire. The incorporation of pilates principles to build a strong core will have you noticing strength and definition throughout the abdominals in no time. Variations are provided for all exercises so you can take the class at your pace.
Classes are done in a room at 36 degrees to an upbeat playlist. IHP is the perfect opportunity to have fun and get a good workout in at the same time.
