ORIGINAL HOT YOGA
26 & 2.
Challenge yourself. Transform your body and mind. Heal from the inside out.
26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
Originally known as Bikram Yoga, 26&2 is the same set of postures done the same way every single time. This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike as we do two sets of each posture in a 90 minute class.
Once you have practiced a few classes and acclimated to the 40 degree heat and the humidity your body will know what to expect, this creates space in the mind helping to relieve stress and anxiety and lead you into an open eye meditation experience.
This is a challenging class with each posture leading into the next that strengthens your mental resilience and heals the body from the inside out. Specific postures work the internal organs and body systems to promote good health, while stretching every muscle, tendon and ligament in the body you will see visible transformation in the body.
While this class may be challenging, you are not alone! When we come together in class we form a collective energy working in unison to transform and heal alongside each other.
Transform your body,
transform your Life.
You will transform every part of your body from the inside out with this Yoga. Beginning with the most powerful organ in the body, the brain - with regular practice your mental resilience strengthens beyond what you thought possible. You will relieve stress and anxiety as you become more in touch with your emotional body.
We systematically work every part of the body nourishing from a cellular level while stretching every muscle, tendon and ligament during this original hot yoga class allowing you to heal physical injuries and prevent new ones.
