Hot Hatha is the perfect blend of static and flowing poses that all link into each other and are held for a series of breaths.
Practiced at a very comfortable pace you will build strength and endurance using simple poses and get the sweat on that comes with all our Yoga classes.
An intuitive form of Yoga, our instructors respond to the energies of the class, seasons and time of the day, so no two classes are the same.
What you will need
yoga mat
Bring your own, or you can hire one for $2 or purchase from $40
large towel
To lay over your mat - you will sweat. Bring an extra towel for a shower if you wish.
water
It is best to arrive for class hydrated. You can bring your own or buy it for $4. No glass bottles please.
